The Performance Improvement Laboratory is directed by Dr. Denys Brand and is part of the Applied Behavior Analysis Program at California State University, Sacramento. The mission of the lab is to identify and study variables affecting workplace performance using a translational research approach, and to serve our community. Our team consists of graduate, undergraduate, and volunteer students. Our specific research interests include procedural integrity, preference in the workplace, and performance feedback.
